Two men pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder charges in connection with Laredo's first homicide of 2026, the February shooting death of 18-year-old Rafael Castillo.

LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Two of three men charged in connection with Laredo's first homicide of 2026 have entered not guilty pleas to first-degree murder.
Dilan Herrera and Brian Rosales each appeared in the 341st District Court and pleaded not guilty in the February shooting death of 18-year-old Rafael Castillo.
