A former Harper ISD employee has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to 17 felony counts earlier this month.

On Sept. 3, Pedro De Luna III pleaded guilty to 12 counts of invasive visual recording, three counts of possession of lewd visual material depicting a child, one count of possession of child pornography involving more than 50 visual depictions and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

The former Harper High School (HHS) assistant band director will serve concurrent sentences totaling 15 years in prison.
