TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler Police Department officer who was seriously injured in an on-duty crash has returned home just in time for his son's 5th birthday.

According to a Facebook post by his wife, Officer Josiah Baxter was home Friday and the family was able to celebrate their son's 5th birthday while all under the same roofA Tyler police officer is recovering after being seriously hurt in an on-duty crash.
