The Texas Department of Public Safety said two men were arrested Monday after a chase on the Southwest Side.

In a preliminary report obtained by KSAT, the department identified the men as Jorge Samy Castellon Soriano, 32, and Jose Manuel Moreno Mariano, 29.

A DPS trooper attempted a traffic stop on a Honda passenger vehicle around 10:10 a.m. following a traffic violation on Kyle Street, the report states.
