HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A man who was run over by an SUV driven by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents during a pursuit in west Harris County is recovering after suffering broken bones in both legs, his family said.
PREVIOUS REPORT: Man hospitalized after ICE-driven vehicle strikes him during chase, HCSO says Miguel Parra-Hernandez was injured around 7:30 a.m. Saturday near Highway 6 North and Clay Road after he ran from an ICE SUV that was pursuing another man, according to the family and information provided by ICE.
Dozens of people gathered near the scene to show support for Parra-Hernandez as he remained hospitalized with serious injuries.
