AUSTIN, Texas (KBTX) - Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's office sent 156 letters to data center developments across Texas regarding water-use reporting, according to an Oct. 15 press release.

The letters follow Paxton's previously announced investigation into hundreds of data center developments across the state.

According to the press release, the investigation focuses on developments that have not responded to the Texas Water Development Board's water-use survey.
