SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A driver ran from the scene of a crash Wednesday on County Road 299, according to the Smith County Sheriff's Office.

The driver has a felony assault warrant, according to officials.

Deputies are setting up a perimeter in the 18000 block of CR 299, and the sheriff's office is also sending up a drone to assist in the search.
