Spurs Sports & Entertainment has named San Antonio-based Bartlett Cocke General Contractors and Mortenson, a Minneapolis firm, to the development team for the new arena.

Mortenson has engaged in multiple sports projects, teaming, for example, with Marquee on the build-out of new stadiums for Las Vegas' NFL and Major League Baseball franchises.

Spurs Sports & Entertainment has also secured San Antonio-based landscape architect MP Studio for the planned downtown project.
