WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Fugitive Akylon Benson, a Waco social media personality and self-proclaimed "media CEO" who pleaded guilty to exploiting an elderly man, has been captured in Montgomery County.

Benson is being held on a McLennan County warrant alleging violation of his probation.

After he is extradited to Central Texas, local officials will schedule a hearing for Benson's bond revocation hearing.
