A driver is dead after losing control of a white Porsche coupe this morning on Houston's South Loop feeder road, Houston Police Department confirmed.

The crash happened around 1:12 a.m. at 2500 South Loop West, in front of Pappasito's Cantina.

According to HPD, the driver exited the South Loop's main lanes at Kirby Drive and continued at a high rate of speed along the feeder road.
