Registered voters planning to cast their ballots during the early, in-person voting period at the Hill Country Youth Event Center should be aware of a special traffic flow and parking plan for that event.

Early voting for the Nov. 3 General Election will run daily through Friday, Oct. 30, in two locations in Kerr County.

One location is at the West Kerr County Courthouse Annex, 510 College St. in Ingram, while the other polling site is at the Hill Country Youth Event Center, 3785 Texas 27 in Kerrville.
