LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - LPD's Major Crimes Unit is investigating near an apartment complex at 28th and Slide road after officers responded to a civil disturbance.

Police say a man was reportedly unconscious on the ground outside the complex.

Responding officers located the man with serious and had him taken to UMC by ambulance.
