ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Odessa College has rescheduled and relocated its Downtown Halloween Party because of the weather forecast.

The event will take place Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at James Segrest Stadium.

The party will include candy, games, food trucks, music and entertainment for all ages.
