HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A 54-year-old Alvin man accused of making sexually explicit online messages to someone he believed was a 15-year-old girl was arrested Thursday near Pearland, according to Harris County Precinct One Constable Alan Rosen.

Investigators say the "15-year-old" was actually an undercover detective with Precinct One's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

Court records state the year-long investigation began in August 2025 when Pedro Solis allegedly messaged that he was sitting naked in his driveway waiting for an Amazon delivery, then sent a photo of himself from the waist down.
