Motorists traveling along Friendship Lane are being asked to use caution over the next few weeks as construction crews install sidewalk in the area.

The work has closed the eastbound outside lane from the entrance of the 1019 Apartments to the site of the new hotel development.

Drivers are asked to slow down and be aware of vehicles entering or exiting the roadway in the construction area.
