The Deputy Sheriff's Association of Bexar County says talks with the county over a new collective bargaining agreement are at an impasse, KSAT Investigates has learned.

In a message sent to its members and obtained by KSAT Investigates, the DSABC Board of Directors is requesting the two sides go to mediation.

The message said the county's most recent proposal was for one year with no pay raise.
