(KXII) - Early voting is underway in Oklahoma, and Bryan County voters cast ballots Wednesday.

Unlike the state's closed primaries, this general election is open to all voters, regardless of party affiliation.

Voters describe why they votedJoseph Kinion, a Bryan County voter, said voting gives people grounds to speak about government."If you don't vote, then do you really have any complaint if you don't like the government, if you didn't go out there and vote? I don't think you have a right to do that because you didn't go out and vote," Kinion said.
