Southern Utilities Company requests water usage reduction after a storm damages a well, implementing Stage One of their drought contingency plan.

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Southern Utilities Company is asking water customers to reduce their water usage after a storm knocked a well out of service.
The company said in a news release they are working to bring the well back into service but are asking customers to minimize water use as part of a drought contingency plan.
