The Brownwood Lady Lions finished second to host Salado at the Tenroc Invitational cross country meet Thursday morning.

Coming off their second meet championship at Lampasas last week, the Lady Lions garnered 62 points thanks to three Top 10 and four Top 20 finishes, while Salado amassed 17 points as five of their runners placed in the Top 6.

Leading the way for Brownwood in fourth place was freshman Jordan Johnson in a time of 11:51. 68, followed by freshman Alexus Gutierrez (8th, 12:26. 21), junior Rebekkah Delgado (9th, 12:27. 4), freshman Lynlee Richmon (20th, 12:55. 85), sophomore Destiny Sharp (23rd, 13:07. 64), freshman Paisley Hill (33rd, 13:46. 25), and sophomore Ailean Palacios (39th, 14:15. 01).
