FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Fort Bend County commissioners are set to vote on a new tax rate on Thursday, but it's unclear if they will return to work after a boycott last month.
SEE PREVIOUS REPORT: Fort Bend County commissioners' return from boycott may be short-lived If they don't show up on Thursday, the vote could be in jeopardy.
If the county can't approve the proposed tax rate, it could lose millions of dollars in revenue, which could affect employee raises and certain road and parks projects.
