JACOB SENDEJO/Wilson County News Flanked by members of the Floresville Chamber of Commerce, owner Tylane Barnes is ready July 21 to cut the ribbon at the Floresville Early Education Academy.

Located at 88 Sandbox Drive north of Floresville, the academy - which officially opened June 8 - accepts children from 6 months to 5 years old during the day, and ages pre-K through fifth grade in the afternoo.
