The Eastland family, owners of Camp Mystic, where 28 people died on July 4, 2025, will no longer make decisions regarding the bankruptcy case or civil suits.

The family transferred control to two independent managers.

Attorney Mark Andrews will manage Mystic Camps Management and Mystic Camps Family Partnership, while former bankruptcy judge Craig Garotta will oversee Natural Fountains Properties LLC.
