(KGNS) - Laredo Animal Care Services (LACS) is looking for a forever home for Scrappy, a 3-month-old terrier mix.

Deidra Hernandez with LACS said Scrappy is calm and ready for a family."I think he'd be the perfect little lap dog, watching TV, just having a buddy here with you," Hernandez said.

Scrappy is up to date on his vaccinations.
