During Monday night's meeting, the Bangs City Council approved the placement of a dumpster, free of charge to the city, at the city yard for exclusive use by the assigned city clean-up crew.

Present at the meeting were Mayor Pro Temp Carrol Wells, along with council members Eric Bishop and Danny Marney.

The goal is to clean up properties in need around town, as some residents have reached out for assistance.
