QUEEN CITY, Texas (KLTV) - The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) issued a CLEAR Alert for a 43-year-old missing woman last seen in Queen City.

Latonya Harrist-Heard was last seen around 12:24 a.m. in the 20100 block of U.S. Highway 59 north, according to DPS.

She is described as a 5-foot-3 white woman who weighs 150 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair, and has tattoos on her abdomen and back.
