New Braunfels Utilities has lifted the boil water notice issued Thursday, Oct. 15, for the Copper Ridge subdivision, following laboratory testing that confirmed the water to be safe for consumption, according to a press release.

Water service to the approximately 600 customers impacted by the 16-inch water main break has been fully restored.

NBU issued the notice Thursday after a water main break caused a loss of water pressure in Copper Ridge, the release stated.
