The Bandera County Chamber of Commerce has parted ways with Executive Director James Hernandez.

According to Hernandez, the Chamber approved the following statement for release: "Effective July 13, 2026, James Hernandez is no longer with the Chamber as Executive Director. We appreciate the contributions James made during his tenure and wish James the best in his future endeavors." Hernandez told The Bulletin he has continued to make himself available to assist the chamber if needed.

"I've continued to make myself available to the Chamber to help with any questions and was there a few days ago helping them get some things done," he said.
