CORYELL COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - Coryell County Judge Roger Miller has resigned from office, county officials confirmed to KWTX.

Officials said Miller submitted his resignation on Monday.

Miller has faced mounting scrutiny in recent weeks after the Coryell County Attorney took legal action to force him to file an overdue county budget.
