ATLANTA, Texas (KLTV) - A Cass County grand jury has indicted a Bivins woman accused of shooting and killing a man during an altercation in December.

The grand jury returned a true bill of indictment for Wendy Renee Brian, 40, on Aug. 5.

She is scheduled for arraignment on Monday.
