For many years now, the Hill Country Council for the Arts has enjoyed an evolving relationship with the Boerne Independent School District.

It began with our furnishing judges for the annual BISD Spring Shows exhibited at the Patrick Heath Public Library and has grown to our hosting a BISD Fine Arts Student booth, first at Boerne Art Waddle, and most recently at Hill Country Art and Wine Festival.

Opportunities for students to engage with our community at these events complement a professional development mentorship program where board members provide the "business of art" training to participating students.
