Two Houston Fire Department vehicles crashed into the METRORail just this month, and after requesting state records, ABC13 learned who has been determined to be at fault.

According to TxDOT reports, HFD vehicles were at fault in both crashes, and in both cases, people on board the train had to be taken to the hospital.

The first crash happened on July 3 on Hogan Street just north of Downtown.
