BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A project that spent months tied up in delayed votes and uncertain ownership is now moving forward under new leadership.

ThisWay Global closed on the former RELLIS data center property last week, after county approval in August.

The company plans to build a 73-megawatt substation to power the site, six times the energy the entire RELLIS campus currently uses.
