MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - A Midland County resident who posts online under the name "Nino America" is suing County Judge Terry Johnson, saying Johnson used his position to get sensitive personal information - then posted it publicly online.

The lawsuit was filed July 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in the Midland-Odessa Division.

What the resident says happenedThe plaintiff, Christino Rodriquez, claims that after he shared federal court records and commentary critical of Midland County government, Johnson turned around and posted an old arrest warrant image on Facebook.
