AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - New charges have been filed against the three suspects accused of the May 2 mass shooting at the Westminster Apartments in Amarillo.

Eh Gay Htoo Win, Jame Htoo, Excellent Vyizigiro, charged in Westminster Apartments mass shooting (Source: Potter County)(Potter County)According to Potter County court records, Eh Gay Htoo Win is now facing the following charges:Tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impairUnlawful carry of a weaponFail to identify giving false/fictitious infoTwo counts of murder10 counts of aggravated assault mass shootingExcellent Vyizigiro is now facing the following charges:Two counts of murderUnlawful carry of a weapon10 counts of aggravated assault mass shootingJame Htoo is now facing the following charges:Parole violationTwo counts of murder10 counts of aggravated assault mass shootingThe three men were indicted by a Potter County grand jury earlier this month for two counts of murder for the shooting deaths of Ezekiel Almazan and Deven Antonucci.

If convicted, they face up to life in prison.
