HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- When the Houston Texans announced earlier this year that they would move their headquarters and training facilities from Reliant Park to Cypress, they thanked real estate developer Howard Hughes and Harris County Commissioners Tom Ramsey and Leslie Briones.

"We're thrilled to give you an exclusive look at the Toro District, a new 83-acre mixed-use sports and entertainment destination that will be built right here in Bridgeland," Cal McNair, chair and CEO of the Houston Texans, said during a news conference in February.
