The Taylor Duck varsity football team was eliminated from playoff contention after a heartbreaking 27-21 loss by the Fredericksburg Billies on the road on Friday, Oct. 30.

This is a pivotal change for Taylor, as the Ducks have made a playoff appearance for the last five seasons.

"It was a tough game versus a good opponent," said Taylor varsity football head coach Earven Flowers.
