TAMIU to have delayed start due to weather forecast
Texas A&M International University announced a delayed start for Friday, October 2 with classes and offices opening at 10 a.m. due to forecasted weather conditions.

(KGNS) - Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) will operate on a delayed start Friday, Oct. 2, with classes resuming and offices opening at 10 a.m., according to the university.
The university said class time blocks starting at 8:30 a.m. and 9:40 a.m. will be canceled.
The decision comes amid forecasted weather conditions, TAMIU said.
