On October 21, 2026, at the age of 84, Joseph "Joe" Benedick told his family when he closed his eyes he saw a tunnel and light that wasn't very bright, because it wasn't his time yet, but when it shone brighter, it would be his time for him to walk toward it.

Just a few hours later, Joe "Pop" took his final journey to be with the Lord.

Joseph Benedick was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Joseph and Florence Benedick on August 26, 1942.
