TxDOT announced that the eastern bridge on FM 3002 over Lake Ray Roberts has been closed until further notice.(KXII)LAKE RAY ROBERTS, Texas (KXII) - TxDOT announces emergency bridge closure over Lake Ray RobertsTxDOT stated that underwater bridge inspectors found damage to one of the columns Friday afternoon, and they closed the bridge Friday evening.

Drivers will be detoured along FM 922 to get from the west side of the bridge to the east before heading onto FM 372 to get back to FM 3002.

No word on when the bridge will reopen, but an emergency order repair has been authorized.
