Honor a veteran buried at Greenleaf Cemetery this year by sponsoring a Wreaths Across America Christmas adornment and help the Welcome W. Chandler Chapter of Daughters of the Republic of Texas (WWCDRT) honor all 2,000 veterans interred at the historic cemetery.

The fresh balsam wreaths that will adorn the graves are $17 each and are shipped to Greenleaf Cemetery from Maine, where the greenery is grown, picked, and fashioned into wreaths.

As an official Wreaths Across America location, Greenleaf is one of 2,700 locations across the country that will be observing National Wreaths Across America Day this year on Saturday, Dec. 19 at 10 am.
