Tim Green was sworn in as Lubbock City Council District 4 representative after winning a special runoff election against Gary Boren.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Tim Green was sworn in as the Lubbock City Council's District 4 representative Tuesday at Citizens Tower.

Green defeated Gary Boren in a special runoff election to claim the seat.

He replaces outgoing District 4 Councilman Brayden Rose, who was recognized for his service to the citizens of Lubbock.
