SWAT scene underway as suspect refuses to exit home after deputies serve warrant, HCSO says

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Authorities said that a SWAT scene is underway as a suspect is refusing to exit a home in the Channelview area after deputies attempted to serve a warrant.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to Reigate Lane near Dell Dale Street to serve a warrant at about 1 p.m. on Monday.

Officials said the man refused to leave the home.
