Are you ready for a shiver and a fright and strange things that go bump in the night?

Then the Boerne Area Historical Preservation Society invites you to experience "Ghosts of Boerne" on Halloween, Oct. 31. The annual tour kicks off at the historic Kuhlmann-King House, 402 E. Blanco Road, with four presentations at noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Admission is $10 per person, according to the society.

The tours bring "local history and some of Boerne's most haunting stories together for an afternoon of Halloween entertainment," according to a news release.
