The Bandera City Council's long-awaited budget workshop for the 2026-27 fiscal year was canceled Wednesday after the council lost the quorum required to conduct business.

Council Member Lynn Palmer did not attend the meeting.

As of publication, she had not responded to The Bulletin's request for comment regarding her absence.
