GALENA PARK, Texas - Police are searching for a driver who allegedly fled after a pursuit ended with a young man found dead inside a car early Saturday morning.

Galena Park police said an officer was conducting traffic enforcement around 3 a.m. in the 7700 block of Clinton Drive when a gray Infiniti was spotted traveling over the speed limit.

Police said the officer attempted to make a traffic stop, but the driver accelerated and a pursuit began.
