On Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 5-8:30 p.m., El Patron in Collinsville will partner with the Collinsville Police Department (CPD) for a community night benefiting Ashten's Compassion and the CPD's annual Shop with a Cop event.

Each December, law enforcement officers from across western Grayson County come together to make Christmas a little brighter for local children through Shop with a Cop.

Members of the Collinsville and Collinsville ISD police departments join officers and first responders from Southmayd Police and Fire departments, Tioga Police Department, S&S CISD, the Grayson County Sheriff's Office and Texas Game Wardens for a special shopping trip at Wal-Mart in Sherman.
