SAN ANTONIO - City crews boarded up an abandoned apartment complex on the Northwest Side this week after law enforcement cleared out people living inside, amid repeated complaints of criminal activity, city officials and neighbors said.

City crews boarded up an abandoned apartment complex on the Northwest Side this week after law enforcement cleared out people living inside, amid repeated complaints of criminal activity, city officials and neighbors said.
City officials investigated the property at 135 De Chantle Road off Fredericksburg Road Tuesday.
They found the property "poses to the health, safety and welfare of the community," the city said.
