NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - Americans are predicted to spend around $13. 5 billion on Halloween this year, according to the National Retail Federation.

Homeowners are expected to spend $4. 3 billion of that money on yard decorations including ghosts, skeletons and witches, some of which were seen in south Tyler.
