PALESTINE, Texas (KLTV) - The Jefferson Bulldogs opened their season on the road against Texas Tech commit Kavian Bryant and the Westwood Panthers.

Jefferson won the game 48-21Westwood struck first.

After a long opening drive, senior running back Julius Walker ran it in to put the Panthers up 7-0 late in the first quarter.
