PALESTINE, Texas (KLTV) - A Wendy's is set to be converted to another chain in Palestine, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project filing with the state says the Wendy's in the 2200 block of South Loop 256 will be remodeled into a 2,950-square-foot McAlister's Deli.

This will be McAlister's first Palestine location.
